Good location, elevator if needed. 24 hour staff. breakfast available next door.
Some rooms have no views. Our air conditioner was very marginal.

Great accommodation for short stay
Location was excellent walking distance to major attractions.. Room is small and basic but we did not go to Madrid to stay in the room. Good bathroom. Breakfast was served in and other building adjacent to the hotel, and it was excellent with many choices. There is a lift.

Very good choice and incredible staff!
The location is excellent: close to the main attractions, subway stations, restaurants and al food market. We got a 4 bed room even though we were only 3, we enjoyed having the extra bed. The beds are comfortable and big enough for single use. The staff is so helpful: we cannot thank Ricardo enough to make our stay very pleasant, hopefully we will see him again in the future! Many thanks from Canada, Ricardo!

Fantastic location and great price
Fantastic location. Walking distance to all the attractions. Supermarket around the corner and cafes/restaurants close by. All walking distance too. Exceptionally clean and comfortable beds. Would stay again.
